Puch borrasca b2 lll indentification?

I am leshley and i am new here, i am living in the Netherlands and i recently bought a Puch Borrasca b2 lll for restauration upcomming winter.

But before i start the restauration i would like to get a license for the moped. But to get a proper licence on my moped i am in need for some info!

I am wondering if anyone knows if a borrasca has a indentification number of what type the moped is. And does the bike normally have a little indentification plate with details. I cant find it anywhere on the bike. I can only find the frame number and engine number.

In my country they normally have a frame number and indentification number to tell what type of bike it is, this also in combination with a indentification plate, that says the build date, moped type, cylinder cappacity.
would be very nice if someone knows what the type approval is for the borrasca so that i can have it approved for a dutch license plate.
