Hello Puch friends (New Videos nuevos)

My name is Joop and I live in Holland.
Sorry for not using Spanish but I hope there are some English speaking people here.
My son and I have transformed a Puch Maxi for moped-cross 2 years ago but he's getting to big for it now.
We wanted to build a bigger bike but because we have a good engine now (yes the good old 1-speed Automatic) we still want to be in the automatic-class for one season.

The bike we want to build is a tube frame bike.
I saw some Cobra M-82 TT restaurations on this forum and I like that frame because it gives us the opportunity to put some parts at the right places.
What I want to know are some measurements of the frame, drawings maybe? Tube sizes, angles that sort of things so we can build a sort of replica/lookalike that holds the parts that we want, at the places we want.
The 1-speed engine for now and the Cobra 6-speed engine later. Yes we have some plans.

Here's a video of the last race we had, last year november. Falling off twice (first race) and getting tired after 7min. in the second race, didn't do the two headstarts any good. He finished second and third, still good for second place overall.
The engine is powerfull enough, (only the casing and the crank is Puch, the rest is homemade except for the cylinder and piston (Kawasaki).
The frame though doesn't give him the secure feeling he needs, to go flatout.
That's why we decided to built a new bike and when I saw that 4-tube backbone M82 frame, I just wanted to have something like that. It's gonna be a race for us to get the bike finished in time, at least we have the engine already

I comment on the chassis of the M82, I do not think that is worth very expensive to buy a chassis and send it to Holland. A chassis M 82 without documentation costs about 50 €, at this price should be added in transport, but I do not think it worth much. Sobre lo que comentas del chasis de la M82, no creo que valga muy caro comprar un chasis y enviarlo a Holanda. Un chasis de M 82 sin documentacion cuesta unos 50 €, a este precio habria que añadirle el transporte, pero no creo que valga mucho esto. Ha ve haber una empresa que transporte que pueda llevar un chasis hasta Holanda.

Es mas o menos lo que hacemos nosotros para ver lo que escribes, mirar el translation.

Lo importante es que tenemos los mismos gustos en cuestion de motos, puch puch PUCH, asi que el idioma no es un tema infranqueable hoy en dia con la internet.

Measurements from bend to bend and ofcourse across the frame are needed to make a good drawing. Also tube diameter and wall thickness are welcome.
I have to change some things because the engine we use this year has a longitudinal cilinder.
I also saw that you sell all the plastic stuff like the fenders, but do you also have them in white?

yeah, it seems like a good plan but my Spanish is only two words: hola and cerveza. If I would go and buy a frame I still have to find a way to get it to the Netherlands. Then there is also something like my job, difficult to take some holidays now.
But I already started to make some drawings in AutoCad and I posted a topic in thisforum where I ask the people here for some measurements.
I hope to have a response soon.

Sí, parece un buen plan, pero mi español es de sólo dos palabras: hola y cerveza! Si yo ir a comprar un marco y todavía tengo que encontrar una manera de conseguir que los Países Bajos. Luego también hay algo que gusta mi trabajo, difícil de tomar unos días de vacaciones ahora.
Pero, ya he empezado a hacer algunos dibujos en AutoCAD y he publicado un thema en este foro en el que pido a la gente de aquí para algunas mediciones.

Pido ayuda y rogaria a ver si entre todos podemos ayudar a mechanic para comprar un chasis de M82 indocumentado aqui en España, hasta aqui no hay mucho problemo, pero luego viene la historia de mandarlo a Holanda, ¿ Como lo podriamos solucionar ?.

Asi que si hay alguien entre nosotros que entienda de estos menesteres, o viaje en camion a Holanda para el trasporte de este chasis, le rogaria que en la medida de lo posible echase un cable en este post, la verdad es que me veo desbordado en este tema.

Se ve que joop esta bastante interesado en la compra de un chasis de M2 en españa.

David Sí, si yo (nosotros) no encuentran solución a la estructura de los Países Bajos para obtener barato o construir nosotros mismos un marco. ¿No sería bueno si alguien en la lista puede llenar el tamaño solicitado.

Hola gente, estoy ahora ha sido en este foro. El año pasado se construyó una nueva cruzada Maxi Puch. Hicimos el mismo motor utilizado en el E50. Este bloque está provisto de dientes rectos y KX65 modificada cilindro. El poder es 17pk.
Actualmente, mi hijo por primera vez en el campeonato holandés después de dos rondas de cruz ciclomotor.
El año pasado, la M-82 desde DJplati8 comprado y pronto vamos a empezar por ahí por dos réplicas de construir. El próximo año deberían estar listos para que mi hijo pudiera entrar en la clase de cambio.
El M-82 DJplati8 de restauración y hay un número de registro solicitado.


(Sí, esto es realmente un Puch Maxi, ha.)
